I discovered a love of woodwork about 15 years ago when I did an evening class to help me build shelves for my new house.  A year later I did my first course in green woodwork and made a chair, a pole lathe and a shaving horse.
In 2008 I completed a City & Guilds course and have done several courses with Gudrun Leitz at Clisset Wood. I am a member of the Association of Pole Lathe Turners and Green Woodworkers and I am available for pole lathe demonstrations as well as commissions.
​I work in my garden and workshop using mostly locally sourced or recycled wood. ​​
