2023 Competition

RULES

This competition is free to enter and open to all ages with the exception of affiliates and immediate families of Made in Ross (MiR) members.
Artwork must be original, ready to be displayed (e.g. framed) and not previously exhibited or published.
Only one entry per artist is permitted.
To enter, send a JPEG or PNG file (no more than 5mb) of your work with a short explanation related to the theme: "Inspired by the Wye" using the online form above.
Categories: Category 1 (under 11 years), Category 2 (11 - 16 years), and Category 3 (17+ years).
Judges will shortlist 6 individuals from each category and select a winner from each category.
Shortlisted individuals will be invited to exhibit their artwork at the MiR Gallery in the Market House from 22nd September - 30th October 2023.
Parental/legal guardian consent is required for entrants under 18.

Entry deadline: 28th August at 11:59 pm.
Late, incomplete, or inappropriate entries will be invalid at MiR's discretion.
MiR is not responsible for damaged or lost entries.
Judges' decisions are final; no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners and runners-up will be notified within one month of the deadline.
Results will be displayed on MiR's website and social media pages.
MiR reserves the right to change exhibition location and dates, if necessary.
