Made in Ross is pleased to announce that as of Monday April 12th the Gallery will be open 7 days a week from 10.00 to 4.00pm.
From Thursday November 4th, in line with government lockdown guide lines, Made in Ross will be closed until further notice.

Dated from September 28th 2020 - All workshops are suspended until further notice at the Made in Ross Gallery. We will reassess this decision later in the New Year according to the government guidlelines on groups and activities as such.
From August 1st 2020 Made in Ross will now be open for 7 days per week from 11.00am to 3.00pm.

Made in Ross are pleased to announce we are opening on Friday 19th June 2020. The gallery will be implementing Government guidelines to keep our co-operative members and visitors safe and distanced as required during this difficult time. The stairs will be the main entrance as usual and the lift will be up and running for those that need it. Sanitising equipment will be available for all to use.

Made in Ross are joining many other venues for H.art Christmas shopping weekends with extended opening hours from 10 - 5.00pm.

Ross on Wye Town Council will officially launch the Gilpin 2020 festival on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019, with a very special guest, HRH Prince Charles. The main event will take place in the area around the Market House with a visit to the gallery by Prince Charles.

We are pleased to have a group of Life Drawing and Painting Artists headed by Angela Palmer as our guest artists for November. This talented group of artists enjoy working by observation directly from a life model using many different media to portray the human figure with techniques including painting in oils, impressionistic mixed media work and exquisite pencil drawing. Made in Ross is VENUE 32 on the Faropen Trail Map. We are open from 10 'til 5.00 each day for the duration of the open studios event from July 6th thru' to July 14th 2019. Normal opening hours will resume from July 15th 2019. We look forward to seeing you at the Market House Gallery.
Market House Building Renovations....Work has now started Market House and will continue for approximately 10 weeks. There will be access to Made in Ross, upstairs until 4.00pm on May 12th. We will be closed from Monday the 13th for 2 weeks whilst the steps are being restored, after which we will be open as normal for the duration of the continuing works, estimated to be for approx a further 8 weeks.

createRoss Museum without Walls project.
By Using smart devices visitors will be able to walk around the town and see it as it once was;
Ross-on-Wye will literally become a digital ‘Museum without Walls’.
Over the next few years a group of volunteers from the town, who have banded together in an organisation called ‘CreateROSS’, intend to design and deliver a minimum of 12 augmented reality exhibits that between them celebrate the town through the ages.
The first exhibit has now been created and you can see for yourself how the ‘Museum without Walls’ will work.
It is called the Lost Fountain and it exists digitally on the Prospect.
