Originally from Birmingham Vanessa studied Art and design at Aston Art centre. After moving to Greece in her late 20’s she  rediscovered her love of painting, and on returning to England with her family she settled in Ross on Wye, She says.. with the surrounding countryside and wildlife never ceasing to amaze me, it wasn’t long before I started painting not only the wildlife but the amazing old buildings that fill my memories of childhood travels from Lands End to John O’Groats and every castle/Stately home in between.
